Directions:  Boil 8 ounces of water, remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon of herbs and steep covered for 10-15 mins or longer. Strain with a fine strainer, cool and drink warm with positive thoughts of well being. 
 
Drink 1 cup of tea in the evening for 14 days. 
Drink 1 gallon of spring water daily.
Consume a raw or plant based alkaline diet to achieve maximum benefits.
May increase bowel movements between 2-6 times daily.
